Web Design & Development can be a very complex undertaking which is why we take a step by step approach with our clients. Whether you are a veteran website owner or are brand new to the world of website ownership, we will provide you with creative ideas and experienced guidance. We will take in to consideration both your current and future needs to create for you a design that is creative, flexible and easily managed.
In order to give you an idea of what elements are considered with each of our web projects we have developed a list of key considerations:
Complete & Flexible Design: Our designs are intended to not only be creative and eye-catching but to be easily updated and maintained as well. We do this by logically dividing our design into individual elements like the header, body and footer. This makes long term management much easier and more cost effective.
Navigation: Visitors to any website should have an easy time navigating the site. We focus on making our websites logically organized and user-friendly.
Dynamic Elements: Successful websites now require that they be dynamic and interactive. We take the time to provide our clients with ideas on how to make their websites more interactive. Advertising: We will assist you with choosing and implementing web-based advertising that really works. There are a great many options available on the web today, few of which are truly effective. We will help you review the options and design an advertising campaign that gets results.
Search Engine Optimization: Building an attractive and dynamic website is only half the battle. Clients and potential clients need to be able to find your fabulous new website. We assist our clients with both optimizing their websites for the best search engine results possible and submitting their websites to all of the major search engines.

Since creating a complete and functional website requires bringing together so many different services and elements we have compiled the list of rates and services listed below. You'll notice that some items below do not have rates listed. That is because we have teamed up with several quality service providers to enhance our service capabilities. For services that we do not directly provide you will find links to websites that offer more information on the specific service:
Domain Registration: If you do not already have a domain name (i.e. a web address where people find you like yourdomain.com), we will register a domain name for you free of charge. You only pay the annual fee charged by the registering service. The registering service we use is VeriSign which can be found at www.verisign.com. There you can view the current fees and check to see what domain names are available. We offer this free service only when setting up any new client website.
Rate: Free (not including VeriSign charges)
Web Hosting Services: For our clients that are creating a new website or a simply looking for a more reliable web hosting service, we have partnered with 724Hosting.com. 724Hosting.com is one of the most flexible and reliable web hosting services in the industry today. If you would like more information on their packages and services please click here to visit their website. If you are building a new website or redesigning an existing website, we will be happy to guide you to a package that works for you. We will also take care of setting up your account at no charge. The only charges you will pay are the hosting fees charged by 724Hosting.com. This service is only available for new and existing client projects.
Rate: Free (not including 724Hosting.com fees)
E-mail Account Set-up: For new and existing clients that choose 724Hosting.com as their web host provider, we offer free initial e-mail set-up. This includes setting up accounts on the e-mail server and assistance in setting up e-mail software like Outlook or Outlook Express to receive e-mail sent via the new accounts. We will even show you how to manage your new e-mail accounts online.
Rate: Free (initial set-up only)
Logo/Corporate Design: We have found that often times our clients that are interested in designing or redesigning a website are also looking for a new corporate/business image. We are pleased to be able to offer our clients the ability to create a new look and new website all within the same project. The result is a new look that is seamlessly integrated. Web Graphical Element Design: Whether you are in need of a complete web design or you are looking for some graphics to complete your current design, we can give you the polished look you have been wanting. While content is an important component of any website, an easy to read and eye-catching design is what truly makes visitors want to explore. Our designs are unique and based upon your business philosophy, desired image and color schemes. We take the time listen to your thoughts and ideas before we begin the creation process. We will also walk you through the creation process showing you the development as we go and getting your input at every phase.

Custom & Stock Digital Photography: Bringing a website to life often requires the addition of some photographic imagery. Photographs can be in the form of product images, illustrative photographs, portraiture and others. Images can be a very powerful tool, summing up an entire body of written content in just one image. They draw the reader in and can offer a break in an endless sea of text.

Some images can not be achieved through stock photography, though. For those occasions where you need images of your products, executive portraits, corporate building photographs, etc., we offer Professional Digital Photography services. Royalty-free Stock Video & Flash Animations: In addition to photographs, some website owners will also be looking for more active imagery. That is where stock footage and animations can fit the bill. Stock footage and animations can fill in or provide the complete visual content for web-based promotional and instructional pieces. The stock footage can easily be broken down and rearranged to tell the story of your business or products. It can be mixed with custom footage, audio and/or animations to provide a seamless polished piece. This is a free service for new and existing clients that have done or are planning a complete web project.

Custom Banner Ads & Animations: Another effective method of advertising your website is to buy or exchange banner ad space with other related websites. To this end, we offer banner, button and custom sized advertisement design services. These ads can either be static or animated designs that incorporate images, logos, etc.
Rate: $35/hour
Affiliate Advertising: A good way to earn some additional income for your website is to employ some forms of affiliate advertising. This type of advertising can take the form of ad space that is directly purchased, affiliate programs with individual websites or affiliate program accounts with brokers such as Commission Junction or Performics.
This is a free service for new and existing clients that have done or are planning a complete web project.
